The Eastbourne Arndale Centre is wheelchair accessible with automatic doors into the Centre and five passenger lifts providing access to and from the car park. Disabled parking bays are located on the 2nd and 4th floors of the car park, adjacent to the customer lifts.

Toilets are located adjacent to Mothercare.

Disabled toilet facilities are available adjacent to Bhs and are operated via the RADAR Key system. Keys can be purchased from the Centre Management Office or from the Shopmobility Office.

Baby changing facilities are available alongside our disabled toilets. In addition, baby changing facilities are available in Mothercare.

All lost property found on the malls is held in the Security Office on the first floor adjacent to Bhs This office is staffed 24 hours a day and is contactable on 01323 733780.
